What is L'Theanine?

L-theanine is an amino acid that is most commonly found in tea leaves. It’s known to help focus, sleep and our favourite, relaxation. Offering that first sip feeling, without alcohol.

What are nootropics?

Nootropics are substances that claim to boost cognitive function and brain performance. There are many uses, for example L-theanine, the nootropic we use at Nocrudo, has been shown to increase alpha waves in the brain. Greater alpha wave activity is associated with increased creativity. They are strictly not classed as a controlled substance, are entirely legal and safe to use.

Is Nocrudo safe for pregnancy, or those on medication?

We do not advise you consume Nocrudo if you’re pregnant, as there is insufficient research regarding the safety of the L-Theanine on fetal development. Similarly, we advise your check with your doctor if you take medication prior to consuming Nocrudo.

How is Nocrudo served?
